South T-Bar Ranch Property Owners Association

This site is the official website of the South T-Bar Ranch Property Owners Association. It’s purpose is to:

• Provide information to the members about the current operations of the South T Bar Property Owners Association.
• Provide information to the members about actions and proposed actions by the Board of Directors through Agendas and Minutes.
• A a repository for historical operations of the Property Owners Association and South T Bar area.
• Provide a place for members to communicate with the leadership of the POA.
• Provide information to prospective property owners.

South T Bar Ranch FAQ’s

• Minerals Exploration:  Areas of South T Bar Ranch sit over a uranium mineral deposit and have been mined or explored by various companies since 1954.  As with much of Colorado land, mineral rights do not follow the surface rights of ownership and that is the case with property within and around the South T Bar Ranch. Historical information for current POA members can be found on the Mineral Exploration page.  For potential buyers of STB Ranch, please complete your due diligence before your purchase. • The CHAT Newsletter is emailed to POA members and adjacent property owners when published (usually bi-monthly).  You can find the latest copy link under Recent News. Prior copies can be found after logging in under the Library>POA Documents>Newsletters.
• The POA Board Meetings are scheduled for 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm.  Board meetings are open to the community and held via audio/video teleconference.  The dial in number and access code are listed in the Agenda.
• The Board Meeting Agenda is listed under Recent News. If you wish to speak to a topic or have an item discussed at a Board Meeting, please contact the President prior to the meeting.
• The South T Bar POA Annual Meeting is held the last Saturday in June.  South T Bar Property Owners are sent an Annual Meeting Packet prior to the meeting.
